Please read carefully…

Estimated shipping delivery times for all items:

Currently, we can only ship within the United stated (sorry, international baes). Shipping takes an estimated 3-5 business days and can be delayed during holidays due to excessive shipping demands.

Your order will be shipped an average of 3-7 days after payment is received unless prior arrangements have been communicated.

Order never arrived:

If your order never arrives, please let us know. Review your shipping information and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, but it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at sonja@thesolcollective.org and include your order number. We’ll try our best to rectify the situation.

Return Policy

ALL CLOTHING, BOOK, AND APPAREL SALES ARE FINAL. All Sôl Reflections and Chooch On The Loose podcast products (EXCEPT THE BOOKS) are made as the orders are received by Printful, a print on demand fulfillment service. We do not accept returns or replacements due to sizing. You can view the sizing chart on each of the product pages. Please contact us BEFORE placing your order if you need sizing help.  

Once you have clicked the “complete order” button, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order (UNLESS YOU ARE PURCHASING A BOOK). However, if you need to change your address please contact us via email at sonja@thesolcollective.org as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. Unfortunately, in such cases, Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the product.

Damaged items:

If your item arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time! We will need proof of the damage to submit to Printful (i.e. pictures). 

Along with Printful, we will review replacement/return requests only:

(a) if a product is damaged

(b) there is a print error
